Delivery Method

● Selection of arrival time :
Moring (10:00am - 12:00pm), afternoon (12:00am - 17:00pm), evening (17:00pm - 20:00pm).

Taiwan limited. Please do not fill in PO BOX Address as recipient address
Return or exchange
● Customers are eligible for seven days cooling off period (not trial period)
●The goods for return or exchange must be unopened (including product accessories, packaging, carton ) completely accompanying documents ), otherwise it will be unacceptable .
● According to intellectual property rights, personal hygiene ,opened or used goods must be unacceptable .
● Frozen / Fresh refrigerated goods will not provide exchange services if you have any problem about purchased goods, please directly return it .
●If you check that there is a fault with the goods or wrong goods you have received, Such as the damaged goods caused by non-human factors or breakage of packaging during the transportation , please let us know straight away through our customer service team. We will find a decent way to solve this for you.
